After years of sharing comforting recipes online, she published her debut cookbook, Country Comfort, filled with 90 hearty, nostalgic dishes inspired by village life, family traditions, and her love of feeding people. It became a Sunday Times bestseller, a moment that felt both surreal and deeply affirming.
